Representing YvY

The Yaoi vs Yuri system is very simple, and designed to help artists cover their costs at a convention. That means money for you-- with no risk! First off, here's a reminder of the qualifications you must meet to represent us:

1. You MUST be an artist.
2. You MUST have a table in the ARTIST area of a convention that has anime/manga/japanese events.
3. You MUST be 18 years of age.
4. You MUST be willing to sign a contract with us to follow our (very easy to follow) stipulations. :D
5. There can be only ONE participating artist PER CONVENTION!

Here's the breakdown:

1. You contact us to become a representative (at least 1-2 months before the convention you plan to attend).
2. We review your information and artwork and approve!
3. We talk with you and estimate a good amount of merch for your upcoming convention
4. You prepay for the merchandise at 50% of the selling cost, and we send it to you along with all of the display materials and a pre-paid return envelope
5. You attend the convention and sell the merchandise at full cost at your table. You document the sales in terms of Yaoi vs Yuri.
6. You return the displays and any unsold merchandise to us, using the pre-paid envelope.
7. We refund the money that you spent on the unsold merchandise. You keep the money you made at the convention. :D
